Why I’m a Business Coach
I have always been passionate about business. I was surrounded by it growing up, studied it at school, became expert in it marketing some of the world’s biggest brands and used those skills to start and grow three successful organizations of my own.
Along the way I realized there was one other thing I am passionate about – helping real people overcome real challenges. I started management training courses and over the years have worked with the homeless and founded a thriving church.
My coaching brings these two passions together helping business leaders resolve the two big challenges all business face - resolving conflict and developing high performing teams to ensure growth.

Breaking Out Of The Box
A few years ago, I came home to find a full-grown Hawk trapped in my study.This amazing creature was stuck and unable to stretch its wings and soar to the heights it was capable of.
How it got there remains a mystery but it was this event that prompted me to start coaching.
You see, so many business I work with today are like this Hawk. Full of potential but stuck in difficult patterns and unsure how to break through to the success they know they are capable of.
Like I did with this Hawk, I want to make it easy for you to find the window, break through whatever barriers you are facing and go on to soar to the amazing heights that you are capable of.

Some Key Facts About Me
I am British (with an English accent!), I studied at Oxford University and love to drink tea!
My early career was spent in Marketing for Global Company Unilever in London.
Since then, I have led three successful startups – including a major drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in London, a thriving church in Charlotte NC, and this coaching business.
As well as being a certified coach, I am a director of an International Aid Organization that supports work in India and Regional Coordinator for an International Monastic Order.
I am married have three grown kids and a Golden Doodle called Charlie!
I like to stay active and enjoy golf, running, and scuba diving. When I was younger I was a University national champion in rowing!
